Dr. Baynes is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, dedicated to helping youth and adults get assessment and treatment for psychiatric conditions that include anxiety, depression, attention disorders and pursue mental health and wellness. She is also an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at University of Rochester Medical Center and the Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training.
